Reservations & Conditions

  • Can you rent a cottage for a weekend, a week or a month?

Yes. Our cottages are available for rent by the weekend, week or month, depending on your needs, for both tourist and business stays.

  • Do you accept long-term stays or professional assignments?

Absolutely. We regularly host professionals on assignment, in training or working remotely, with rates adapted to the length of stay.

  • How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made directly through our website or by contacting us directly. For businesses, a personalized quote can be provided.

  • Is a deposit required?

Yes, a 30% deposit is usually required to confirm the reservation. The balance is due before or upon arrival, depending on the terms specified during the booking process.

Cottages & Amenities

  • Are the cottages rated 4 stars?

Yes, our four cottages are officially rated 4 stars, guaranteeing a high level of comfort, facilities and services.

  • Are the cottages fully equipped?

Yes. Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.), high-end hotel-quality bedding, Wi-Fi, storage, and comfortable living spaces.

  • Are there any private outdoor spaces?

Yes, each cottage has a private outdoor space: Spirée: patio and small garden / Rosemary: small garden and small terrace / Viperine: private south-facing green terrace / Heather: private south-facing green terrace.

  • Are the cottages located on the ground floor or upstairs?

Two cottages are on the ground floor (Spirea and Rosemary) and two are located on the first floor (Vipera and Heather).

  • Is the paddling pool heated and private?

The small pool is heated from May to early October depending on the weather and is shared by the 4 cottages with its small terrace and club chairs.

  • How many travelers can you accommodate per cottage?

The cottages are designed to accommodate 4 ideally travelers: 2 adults and 2 children (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed 2x80 or 160).

Situation & Environment

  • How far away are the beaches?

100 meters away. The cottages are located in the immediate vicinity of the beaches of Saint-Brévin-les-Pins, which are easily accessible on foot or by bicycle.

  • Are the shops and restaurants nearby?

Yes, shops, markets, restaurants and services are easily accessible on foot from the cottages.

In addition, you will find a grocer/caterer and bicycle rental shop on site.

  • Is the neighborhood quiet?

Yes. Our cottages are located in a quiet, residential area, ideal for relaxing or working.

  • Do you have a spa?

We have an agreement with the SPA BY LE FIEF in Saint-Brévin-les-Pins, and also a massage therapist who travels to the cottages.

  • Are the cottages suitable for teleworking?

Yes. Each cottage has a desk, a high-performance fiber optic Wi-Fi connection, and an environment conducive to concentration and remote work.

  • Why choose a cottage rather than a hotel for a business trip?

Our cottages offer more space, more independence, more comfort, and excellent value for money for medium and long-term stays. You have the option of cooking just like at home with an on-site grocer/caterer.

  • Do you offer special rates for businesses?

Yes. Specific conditions may be offered to companies depending on the length of stay and the number of employees.

Practical Information & Services

  • Are bed linen and towels provided?

Yes, bed linen is provided, as well as bath towels and tea towels.

  • Is there a parking lot?

The Spirée cottage has private parking and free street parking is available.

  • Are the cottages non-smoking?

Yes, all the cottages are strictly non-smoking.

  • Are pets allowed?

The conditions for allowing pets are specified during the booking process. Dogs are accepted for a fee of €10 per day per animal. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Arrival & Departure

  • What time can we arrive?

Arrivals are generally from 4pm. The exact times will be communicated before your stay.

  • What time do we have to vacate the cottage on the day of departure?

Departure is before 11 a.m., to allow time to prepare the cottage for the next guests.
