Reservations & Conditions

  • Can I rent a cottage for a weekend, a week, or a month?

Yes. Our cottages are available for rent by the weekend, week, or month, depending on your needs, for both leisure and business trips.

  • Do you accept long-term stays or business trips?

Absolutely. We regularly welcome professionals on assignment, training, or working remotely, with rates adapted to the length of their stay.

  • How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made directly through our website or by contacting us directly. For businesses, a personalized quote can be provided.

  • Is a deposit required?

Yes, a 30% deposit is generally required to confirm the reservation. The balance is due before or upon arrival, depending on the terms specified during the booking process.

Cottages & Amenities

  • Are the cottages rated 4 stars?

Yes, our four cottages are officially rated 4 stars, guaranteeing a high level of comfort, amenities, and services.

  • Are the cottages fully equipped?

Yes. Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.), high-end hotel-quality bedding, Wi-Fi, storage space, and comfortable living areas.

  • Are there private outdoor spaces? 

Yes, each cottage has a private outdoor space: Spirée: patio and small garden / Romarin: small garden and small terrace / Vipérine: private south-facing green terrace / Bruyère: private south-facing green terrace. 

  • Are the cottages located on the ground floor or upstairs? 

Two cottages are on the ground floor (Spirée and Romarin) and two are on the first floor (Vipérine and Bruyère). 

  • Is the plunge pool heated and Private?

The small pool is heated from May to early October, weather permitting, and is shared by the 4 cottages. It has a small terrace and club chairs.

  • How many guests can you accommodate per cottage?

The cottages are designed to accommodate 4 guests ideally: 2 adults and 2 children (1 queen-size bed and 1 sofa bed with 2 single beds or 1 queen-size beds).

Situation & Environment

  • How far are the beaches?

100 meters. The cottages are located right next to the beaches of Saint-Brévin-les-Pins, easily accessible on foot or by bike.

  • Are shops and restaurants nearby?

Yes, shops, markets, restaurants, and services are easily accessible on foot from the cottages.

In addition, you will find a grocery store, delicatessen, and bike rental shop on site.

  • Is the neighborhood quiet?

Yes. Our cottages are located in a quiet, residential area, ideal for relaxing or working.

  • Do you have a spa?

We have an agreement with SPA BY LE FIEF in Saint-Brévin-les-Pins, and also a massage therapist who comes to the cottages.

  • Are the cottages suitable for remote work?

Yes. Each cottage has a desk, high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, and an environment conducive to concentration and remote work.

  • Why choose a cottage over a hotel for a business trip?

Our cottages offer more space, more independence, more comfort, and excellent value for money for medium and long-term stays. You can cook as you would at home with an on-site grocer/caterer.

  • Do you offer special rates for businesses?

Yes. Specific conditions can be offered to businesses depending on the length of stay and the number of employees.

Practical Information & Services

  • Is bed linen and towels provided?

Yes, bed linen, towels, and tea towels are provided.

  • Is there parking?

Cottage Spirée has private parking, and free street parking is available.

  • Are the cottages non-smoking?

Yes, all cottages are strictly non-smoking.

  • Are pets allowed?

Pet policy is specified during the booking process. Dogs are welcome for €10 per day per animal. Please contact us for more information.

Arrival & Departure

  • What time can we arrive?

Arrivals are generally from 4 pm. Exact times will be provided before your stay.

  • What time do we need to vacate the cottage on the day of departure?

Check-out is before 11 am to allow time to prepare the cottage for the next guests.
